Why Choose Risen Christ?

Two languages, many cultures, infinite possibilities!

At Risen Christ Catholic School, every child is known, challenged, and loved. We form students in mind, body, and spirit — through a bilingual education rooted in faith, community, and academic excellence.

Forming Students for Excellence in Mind, Body, and Spirit

MIND – Give your child the gift of bilingualism.

Students learn to read and write in two languages before entering high school. They graduate with the Seal of Biliteracy Pathway Award from Boston College, recognizing their bilingual achievement.

BODY – A community that feels like family.

With a 17:1 student–teacher ratio, every child is known by name and supported in a classroom enriched by many cultures. Our bilingual teachers and staff partner with families in English and Spanish, while strong community partnerships connect families to resources that support student success and stability.

Risen Christ is financially accessible to ALL students. Our tuition assistance program ensures no family will ever be turned away due to financial circumstances.

SPIRIT – Rooted in faith, open to all.

Our focus is on formation, helping children grow into ethical leaders who care for others and live out their values every day. Being rooted in Catholic tradition, Risen Christ students learn the values of respect, service, and responsibility. These lessons guide them far beyond the classroom.

Students participate in weekly mass and value-based activities with their mass buddies, partnering older students with younger ones.

“For our family, Risen Christ is more than a school, it is a second home for our daughters. They study, play and learn the values of friendship and respect for other people.”

Rosalba Sanchez Ponce, Current Risen Christ Parent and Staff Member

“Risen Christ has played a tremendous role in my life for the past nine years. I am very blessed that I get to be a part of this unique, faith based, multicultural and bilingual community. Every staff member has a mission to help the students become better students and better people. They have helped me realize how I can harvest my strengths and continue to grow.”

Isabel, 2025 Graduate

“Risen Christ was place where I felt truly seen and valued. The teachers and staff created a community that encouraged me to embrace my identity and believe in my potential. The school’s commitment to both academic excellence and personal growth created a foundation of confidence, resilience, and compassion. For many students, especially those from diverse backgrounds, it’s a place where their stories matter and their futures are shaped with care. It’s truly a place where one feels at home.”

Angel Valdivia-Cortes, 2021 Graduate

“Risen Christ gives you the opportunity to not just be a student in the classroom, but to have a role in your church and community. I was challenged mentally and spiritually, which prepared me to be one of the top students in my class at Risen Christ as well as my high school graduating class.

Without the support and dedication of the teachers at Risen Christ, I would not have been able to discover the type of successful student I could be. Risen Christ was the start of my journey to success.”

Dana Fernandez, 2008 Graudate
